About Dr. David Levine
Pain often can interfere with quality
of life and activities of daily living, and has
recently become the focus of special attention in the healthcare community. It
is in this field that Dr. David Levine is achieving extraordinary results in
his New York/New Jersey metropolitan area practice.
As word-of-mouth has grown and
results continue to be noteworthy, the general public and sports community is
beginning to take notice. With a success rate of over 90%, the practice is
becoming a “go-to” facility for more and more individuals suffering with pain.
Dr. Levine is a chiropractic
physician practicing in northern New Jersey, specializing in the treatment of
chronic and severe pain. In addition to his practice he has consulted and treated
numerous NFL and NBA players around the country, including former NBA players
Rick Barry and Geoff Huston, and the NFL’s Lance Mehl, and Lem Barney. (see video testimonials)
Additionally Dr. Levine donates
his time and expertise to US Military personnel suffering with acute and
chronic pain, as well as servicemen and women who have returned from Iraq and
Afghanistan with post-war injuries.
A
painless, non-invasive, non-drug, non-surgical, fast-acting program
Dr. Levine has developed a pain
management technique that is painless, non-invasive, non-drug, non-surgical,
and fast acting. It uses gentle manual pressure and often results in a marked
reduction in pain, muscle spasm and consequent increase in range of motion and
function. Patients often find significant pain reduction within the first
treatment; however, several visits may be required for longer lasting relief.
The pain management technique was
developed in response to a drastic attempt to help relieve the pain of his
father who was diagnosed four years ago with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. (His
father was also a chiropractor for 45 years.)
Surprisingly, the technique helped to reduce his father’s pain and
discomfort, when the prescribed narcotics proved minimally effective.
Ultimately, due to the aggressive nature of the cancer, he passed away. However
the silver lining to this otherwise sad story – a final legacy, so to speak -
is that a pain management technique has been developed that is now helping
hundreds of patients with acute and chronic pain often find significant relief.
Dr. Levine treats a variety of
sports and non-sports related musculoskeletal conditions including, but not
limited to, neck, back, shoulder (rotator cuff) and hip, leg, knee, elbow,
hand, foot and ankle pain as well as sprains/strains, arthritic pain, herniated
discs, tendinitis/bursitis and post-operative pain.
Dr. Levine has been in practice
for the past 16 years and currently resides on his hometown’s Board of Health.
He has received his bachelor’s degree with a dual emphasis in psychology and
biology from Montclair State University, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree
with honors from Life Chiropractic
College West.
He was recently appointed to the
board of directors of In Arms Reach (Children In Crisis) after relieving the
chronic and severe pain of its founder, who was suffering from complications
due to Muscular Dystrophy. The Chairman of this organization is former New York
Giant Carl Banks.
Dr. Levine is also a member and
participating doctor of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors who just
partnered with Army One Source. Together, they have developed a program called
Healing Hands for Heroes, which is made up of chiropractors who donate their
time to veterans with postwar injuries.
